In the second round of 2023 on January 18th, merely one week after the first round, IRCC invited another 5500 candidates from the Express Entry Pool to apply for Immigration to Canada.

This draw was also for all programs of the Express Entry System and the lowest ranking candidate to receive an ITA (Invitation to Apply) has a score of 490. This is the lowest score to ever receive an invitation since 14 September 2021, when the lowest score was 462 in the Draw for Canadian Experience Class.
