The CRS cutoff rose to 511 in this draw mainly due to less number of ITAs issued. The number of ITAs issued is much lower than previous draws where no specific program was specified could be because the Canadian government wants to bring in more category specific draws as the draw for Healthcare Occupations is scheduled to take place on July 5th, 2023.
